NBG Investigation Group and Notary founded in 2016 is a licensed Oregon-based private investigation group, owned by Private Investigator Nicholas Batchelder. Nicholas is a licensed and certified Private Investigator and a graduate of Penn Foster College, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania with a degree in Private Investigation.
